Yes, I’m talking to you!

I am starting a new 6 week session of Sensual Body Movement classes for women this September and I want you to be in the know about it.

You know, it’s been an interesting summer and year exploring my own sensuality, self-pleasuring, and joy in life.  A lot has shifted and changed.  There’ve been some openings and some expansions. There have been some major contractions too.

Can you relate?

I’m sure you can!
Though the astrologers have said this year was going to be much smoother than last year, which is has been, it has still been a wild rolling coaster of a ride through all of life’s in’s and out’s and up’s and down’s.

So, you may want to know why I am saying all of this!  It’s time, yes it is, I feel a calling to host another Sensual Body Movement Class for Women.  And, I’m adding to the title, this time around, “Learning to Love Yourself,” because that is SO important!  You are a precious child of this whole Universe.  You actually ARE this whole Universe AND a part of it!  That’s wild, isn’t it?!  And, your self care is so important.  It actually will determine who you be and how you show up in life, how well you are taking care of yourself.

So, with that in mind, I am launching into a new 6 Week Session of Sensual Body Movement and Learning to Love Yourself Class for Women this September.  We could all use a little bit of that right?  Even me 🙂

And, I want you to join me.

I’ve got space for up to 12 women.  Will you be one of them?

I am offering a FREE Sensual Body Movement Class Monday Sept. 14th, 7:30-8:30pm for women to try out before our new 6 week session starts.  Even if you’ve attended a class before, you are welcome to come to the free class again!

And, for coming to the free class, I’ll give you a $10 discount on your Session pass if you purchase your class pass at the free class.

Register for the Free Class right here.  Then, attend the free class Monday Sept. 14th at 7:30pm.  It’s in the Dance Studio at Yoga Parkside, 2 Wallace Ave, inside the Parkside Lutheran Church.  Enter the front of the church, red doors to the left and go downstairs to the right to the dance studio.  Wear comfortable clothes you can move easily in.

Then, if you like what you experience, make sure you bring a credit card or cash and purchase your class pass right after the free class for a $10 discount!  

If you miss the free class and still want to attend, you can purchase your class pass here for $120.
