I’m excited to announce
I’ll be teaching weekly health and wellness classes at Canalside
on the Canal Lawns all summer!
Every Tuesday and Wed. June 1st – August 31th (no class June 21st or July 6th), I’ll be leading two classes.
De-stress through Dance is on Tuesdays, a class designed to shake off stress from your busy day through free form and guided dance/movement.
On Wednesdays, I’ll be leading Mindfulness Meditation, an introduction to meditation to destress and reconnect with your self and your body so you are in your power again. This class will also involve some live life coaching, gentle body movement, and breathing exercises.
It’s going to be so much fun! No experience required.
And, it’s free for all to come and enjoy.
