Come awaken the Divine Feminine Energy in you during our sacred class of women’s embodiment techniques.  For the complete beginner to the advanced practitioner.

 

When: Thursday April 20th, 6:30-8pm

Cost: $20, pre-registration is required

Where: Yoga Parkside, Parkside Lutheran Church, 2 Wallace Ave., Buffalo, N.Y.  Dance Studio in the basement.

Bring: A sensual, flowing scarf or flowing skirt to wear during class.  Bring a pair of socks to wear in the studio.

In this class we will reconnect with Divine Feminine Energy in our bodies through conscious breathing techniques, mindfulness meditation, and self connection exercises while we explore both led and free form movement.

Reconnect with your femininity and sensuality through the body, breath, dance and movement.  Wear comfortable clothes that you feel good in and come prepared to awaken the Divine Femininity within you.
