More About Sarah Haykel
“Traveling the United States, Canada and abroad to Cuba, S.E. Asia, Europe and the South Pacific has deepened my experience, evolved my transformation and expanded my reach in both my inner and outer worlds. As an official blogger for The Huffington Post, OwningPink.com and SarahHaykel.com, I write about the power of transformation through dance, travel, conscious breathing, speaking your truth, sensuality, and self-love. I bridge the gap from disempowerment to empowerment, from self-hatred to self-love, from lack to wholeness, and share how this purposeful and intentional bridge continues to be built by simple steps, a commitment to self-love, a BIG VISION and a deep passion to contribute far more than I ever thought possible.”
Sarah received a BFA in Painting from SUNY Fredonia in 1999 and is a Professional Certified Life Coach through Coaching for Transformation 2012, an ICF accredited training program. Most recently, Sarah received her Yoga Teachers Certification through Essential Yoga Teacher Training 2014 with Francois Raoult. She is also an Alternatives to Violence Project trained facilitator and has been attuned to Reiki Level 2.
Sarah and her twin sister Laura Haykel were chosen as one of 12 distinguished speakers for the TedX Buffalo Women event held in December of 2013.

- SBT, ClientI knew that I wanted to work with Sarah after reading about her but I didn’t know how much I needed her until our work began. Sarah’s energy transcends the phone- I felt like she was with me on a comfy chair. Sarah intuitively knows when to listen for more, interrupt in service of her client, and hold what is most tender- she will not allow you to gloss over the juicy bits, either! Whether you are working on big dreams or tripping over your own feet, Sarah’s right there with you.

- Linda M. Markel, RN LiaisonThank you for the Key Note presentation at the closing our festivities during our Nurse’s Day celebration 5/13/14. The topic “Free to Be: Body Centered Awareness” was a perfect topic to finalize our day, which was focused on calming the inner self. It was refreshing to hear such a powerful message from such a young, insightful, and passionate woman. Your energy was infectious! The feedback from the entire group was positive. Again, thanks for sharing our day.
