Yoga For Beginners

The total beginner to the advanced yogi is welcome in our Yoga for Beginners group class.

Join us in a welcoming environment to explore yoga from an Iyengar perspective:

We will be using props to access the physical postures more easily and comfortably, using the breath consciously to connect us with our bodies and what’s happening inside us during practice, and focusing on proper body alignment while in each posture to receive the maximum benefits.

We’ll take it slow and build gradually throughout the class session.
