Join us in a welcoming environment to explore yoga from an Iyengar perspective:
We will be using props to access the physical postures more easily and comfortably, using the breath consciously to connect us with our bodies and what’s happening inside us during practice, and focusing on proper body alignment while in each posture to receive the maximum benefits.
We’ll take it slow and build gradually throughout the class session.

Deepen and build a meaningful and connected relationship through the art and language of Salsa partner dancing.
You and your partner will explore how to connect with each other through the breath, properly touch and hold each other in partner dancing positions, follow and lead in ways that feel good to both partners, and connect with each other through your own bodies. We’ll focus on a syllabus style teaching method introduced by Edie “The Salsa Freak!!” which builds the leaders confidence and supports the ladies receptivity.
